Dear CCIans.. Do an NRI need to declare his foreign income?if so, how.? In which form..

NRI, doesnor required to declare his Income as long as he is not deriving any Income taxable in india. He is required to file ITR w.r.t txable income in India.

Thanq vaibhav sir, but my doubt is, How can Dept know that he earned foriegn income?

Department doesnt need to know foreign income as log as it is non taxable.

Haha.. hw abt if dat NRI also have Indian income? somebody said we have to disclose foriegn income in ITR-4 along with Indian Income... Is that correct? I do not found any such specific provision in the act.
