Quick Summary
This discussion addresses the issue of Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) who have deposits with Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) but do not possess an Aadhaar card. The core problem is the inability to file an income tax return to claim the TDS refund due to the missing Aadhaar. However, the consensus is that NRIs can indeed file their tax returns using their PAN card, as Aadhaar is not mandatory for them in this context, allowing them to claim their refunds.

India exempt nri to mention aadhar card in income tax return you can file return and should take refund
Nri can file it
Can file with PAN , Adhaar is not needed for NRI ies
