My employer has shown
• my NPS contribution as deduction u/s 80C and
• has not shown its own contribution anywhere in the Form 16 Part B.
As far as I know,
• my NPS contribution should be shown u/s 80CCD(1) [not 80C] and
• employer's contribution u/s 80CCD(2).
Can anybody guide me?

You are right. Claim your dedication u/s 80CCD(1) and 80CCD(2).
