Npo_non- deduction of tds

Morning all!

I have a query.If i have made a FD with Bank and submitted certificate u/s 197 for non deduction of TDS as i am a NPO and exempt u/s 12AA,still the banker is deducting TDS on FD interest ...what actions should be made to save this deduction made by the banker.

Did you submitted Form15G/H as applicable to the bank for non deduction of TDS.?
