I want to know that if bank will declare someone account as NPA and account holder as Defaulter then is there any legal holding writes of NPA accout holder?
Explanation: if someone has bymistake transfer money to NPA account holder then Bank has to take concerned of NPA account holder for release of Money or Bank itself is authorized to release the Money? Amount transfered is still in NPA account not withdrawal by Defaulter..
If you transferred money by mistake to an NPA account, you must contact your own bank immediately to report the error and request a reversal. The bank that holds the NPA account is the one authorized to handle the funds, not the account holder, so you must work through formal banking channels to request that the funds be frozen and returned to you.
