Am under old course with following details:
1)Articles done for 8 months in 2017..
2)There was a gap at my articleship due to personal reasons...
3) Started articleship at may 2020...
Am about to know when my Final Attempt will come.

Sourav, 2.5 years or after 3 years of articleship Ca_final attempt...
After 2.5 years but as you have gap in articleship it might be that the attempt will be on November 2022
Sourav,After 2.5 years means, My articleship For may 22 completes 2.6/2.7 years
That means you are eligible for November 2022
Ok sourav.. But for NOVEMBER 2022,My articleship gets completed before 2 months... means after Completion of 3 years 2 months am getting attempt na???

But, the rule is 2.5 years right... is this injustice on this part right??
Not like injustice it was causing becoz you have gap in ur articleship, if you continue your articleship then your attempt will be earlier
