what to do if I haven't recieved my statement of marks.

Also on the ssp portal the personal details shows my gender to be male instead of female and also shows Mr. before the name.How to change this

Contact to Examination department for marksheet and call ssp helpdesk for profile change or you can manually change also in ssp portal

What is the expected time to get my statement of marks after mailing to the examination department
