Hello Priya,
If you want to give nov 2017 final exam then go to icaiexam.icai.org then click on new user registration and register in there data your information not matched because you recentaly registered in final but dont worry you can register as PROVISIONAL and fill the exam form this information given in exam FAQ .

as we already have login ID and password it was created at the time of Ipcc exam now I logged into the it showing final exam form but it will require date of registration as I still not get yet and it is mandatory before applying the exam
