Yes, Jainendra that is a drawback in floating a community, but if you can be a lead anchor surely there will some participation from interesting members. In most cases, other non-participating members would just like to be passive in their approach. You need to try hard to make them get interactive so that there is knowledge enrichment and a win - win situation to all.

You don't need crowds joing the community as fence sitters, rather you want serious people who are keen to share knowledge and help each other.
