Notification No. 89/2020 - Central Tax, dated 29th November 2020 :
Penalty U/s 125 of the CGST Act 2017 [ General Penalty upto Rs. 50,000 ] for non-compliance with the requirement of "Dynamic QR Code" for B2C transactions as per Notification 14/2020 has been waived till 31st March 2021, subject to the condition of compliance with the provisions from 01st April, 2021.

QRMP Scheme Form to be live from 05th Dec 2020
GST Portal has been modified to provide option for QRMP Scheme (Quarterly Return Monthly Payment Scheme) for small taxpayers with annual aggregate turnover up to Rs. 5 Crores. The said scheme is applicable w.e.f. 01st Jan 2021. Taxpayers can file form for this scheme from 5th Dec 2020 onwards on GST Portal.
There is one more important information I would like to share .
