Is there any one have notification of 12500 exemption under 87A rebate

It's enumerated in section 87a itself.. what's the necessity for notification and as far as I know there's no notification for 87A
Refer Finance Act 2019 - section 87A
Maximum rebate of 12500/- in tax liability subject to total income below 5 lakhs is as per section 87A.
There is no requirement of seperate notification. This is built up in the Act itself.
