Jsn code 4420 pls tell me notification mention 6% rate of gst.. which means that cgst 6 sgst 6 total 12 % rate of gst.. pls clear my point what is rate of gst on handicrafts goods in local or central rate of gst

Yes... it's means CGST 6% and SGST 6%....
