Notice under section 139(9) of income tax act 1961

Respected Sir,. I have recieved notice . reference- section 143 1B income tax act 1961 read with clause 2 C( iv) of centralised processing of return scheme 2011 , notification No.S.O. 17 (e) dated 04-01-2012. kindly suggest me what action should be needed.what I have to do? Thanks
