Notice under section 139(9)

This year it is general problem with the CPC processor and ITR utilities.......

You may disagree the defect provided the uploading of the audit report was completed with assessee's acceptance.

I am already getting notices as follows.

Dear ABC,

Please refer the defective notice u/s 139(9) issued vide communication reference no. CPC/1718/G5/99999999 dated 28-OCT-2017. The said notice was issued inadvertently. Please ignore the defective notice. We regret the inconvenience caused in this regard.
