I HAVE FILED TAR WITH DIGITAL SIGNATURE UNDER SECTION 44AB .AFTER FILING ITR NOTICE COME UNDER SECTION 139(9) WITH ERROR CODE 82 FOR NOT SUBMITTING FORM 3CB.I HAVE CHECKED IT AT MY END I FOUND EVERYTHING OK LIKE ACCPETANCE MAIL.SUBMISSION MAIL,CLIENT CHECK AT HIS END WHERE AUDIT REPORT WITH BALANCE SHEET AND PL SHOWN THAN WHY THIS NOTICE COME FOR NOT FILING....SEVERAL OTHER ARE ALSO GETTING SAME NOTICE.PLEASE TELL ME POSSIBLE RESOLUTION FOR THIS PROBLEM AS THEREIS NO DEFECTS AT ALL.

This year it is general problem with the CPC processor and ITR utilities.......

You may disagree the defect provided the uploading of the audit report was completed with assessee's acceptance.

I am already getting notices as follows.

Dear ABC,

Please refer the defective notice u/s 139(9) issued vide communication reference no. CPC/1718/G5/99999999 dated 28-OCT-2017. The said notice was issued inadvertently. Please ignore the defective notice. We regret the inconvenience caused in this regard.
