During 2014 I had been working in Nokia Company in chennai. Due to liquidation of company, I was given compensation Rs.10 Lakhs based on the service years in nokia.
My doubt is whether the compensation received by me is taxable or not? Also I have received notice u/s.148
Please clarify my doubt.
