Notice u/s 139(9) of the income tax act.

You have to file revised return u/s. 139(9)  as ITR3 with accounts maintained.

i.e. you have to provide details in P&L acc and balance sheet.

Sir at the time of online filing a option "filing type" are showing where two sub-option 1. Original/Revised Return 2. Filing against notice/order, which option i have to select. if i select option 2 then under which section i will have to respond this notice.
