SIR I AM RECEIVED A NOTICE FROM IT DEPARTMENT IN REGARDING TO NON FILING INCOME TAX RETURN FOR A.Y. 2014-15. HE REQUESTED TO FURNISH RESPONSE IN COMPLIANCE MODULE ON THE E FILING PORTAL. I RECEIVED NOTICE DUE TO TDS RETURN U/S 192 (TDS ON SALARY). MY TAX HAS MADE RELEVANT YEAR IS 16000 WHICH ARE SIMILAR TO AMT DEDUCTED AT SOURCE i.e.16000. PLEASE GIVE ME YOUR ADIVCE HOW I GIVE RESPONSE OF THIS NOTICE UNDER COMPLIANCE MODULE..

Hi Jaipal,

You can submit your response after login into your account at ITD website. For this, you need to click on "Compliance module" and then "view and submit compliance" and select appropraite answer towards it. You can also mention your statement in "other" column.
