Notice period
does a member of institute not serving the notice period in a CA Firm and resigns the firm without completing notice period amounts to professional misconduct as provided in code of ethics of ICAI? if yes, does his name liable to be removed from members register?

refer Professional Code of Misconduct as envasiged in ICAI regulations.
so it is not mentioned anywhere this type of misconduct.. so it is general?
