Notice of annual general meeting

The date of AGM of a Company is 30th September, 2015 and the date of Board Meeting approving notice is 7th September, 2015. The notices will be sent to shareholders by hand delivery. Do i need to take consent for shorter notice from shareholders? Or since the notices are being served by hand delivery, the 21 clear days will be counted from 8th in which case, 22 days notice is coming.

Please advice.

In all situation Company need clear 21 days gap.Clear 21 days means day of sending of notice and date of meeting  will exclude. Therefore, you need 23 gap. No need of shorter notice consent.

Shorter notice not required....
