Is notice of AGM should be send to Tax Auditor, i have already send the notice to the Internal Auditor of my co.

AGM notice should be sent to all the members.I guess its not mandatory to send notice to Tax auditor.
others views are solicited.
It is necessary to send notice of AGM to Auditor. See Section 231.
