Dear Sir,
Today i have received a notice from state Taxes & Excise regarding not paying additional goods tax on the plastic goods purchased as per entry no 2 Schedule-Ii appended of the act, the additional goods tax is payable under section 3-B of the act ibid.

it is applicable only in himachal. if you are a manufacturing concern then you have to pay it.
the best solution is to go and meet the sales tax officials and do the needful.
