Dear All,
I got a notice from Income tax department karol bagh for Calling of Information on urgent basis, but the department does nt send this by refrence of my PAN and this notice also does not sent at the address quoated in PAN.
This notice is received in the name of an Individual , whose bank account is operated.
Please suggest me what to do and how much risk involved in this for negligence of this.
You are saying there is no address in the notice. Then, how was it served ? Please elaborate a bit.

The notice is received say in the name of "Hari Om'' and the address where it send isthe adress given in the bank account of the person.
However, the bank transaction contains the high value transaction and the i does not file the ITR of that person from last two years.
My question is that why this notice is not served in reference of PAN of the individual?
What is the power of the Investigation cell of the Income Tax Department.
Provide me the suggestion by ASAP .
