Notice for non filing of income tax:reg
dear members,I have received the notice from the income tax department for non filing of return of a.y.2013-14. I traded shares and took some delivery in which I suffered loss.what can I do now.i did not fall in tax paying bracket.what should I do now?what reply should I make?

If you do not fall in tax bracket then you can reply that income is not taxable.
how can I send my reply or is there any compliance or supporting evidence they require me to submit

Yes.so do I need to give any support evidence? And as per sec 143 (3),isn't it mandatory to file return in case of business loss and as I did share trading it is considered a business loss
