My co. was bought under the ambit of Cost Audit Report rules in FY 2015-16 . Management approved cost audit report before statutory date but due to some misunderstanding , we could finalise the XBRL cost audit report with almost 350 days delay and filed same in MCA system. Now MCA has issued show cause notice for delayed filing.
How should I reply to said notice , can somebody please help me with sample reply .
Also please let me know what action ROC further takes after sending reply to such notice.
