Notice for cancellation of registration

respected sir , i want to know that assessee had not filed  nil return 3b from november 2017 to august 2018 . he got an show cause notice regarding non filing of return for more than 6 month.

as rashmi ma'am mentioned that 1stly filie a clarification application 

next i want to know that  weather assessee should submit nil retun 3b  with late fee ???

Yes, you have to file all the return relating to the default period along with payment of late filing fees. The returns ahve to be filed within the period mentioned in the. 

After filing the return, sending a reply to the notice may be at your discretion.  

At any point of time, if an assessee wants to cancel the GST Registration, then all the return till that date along with interest and late filing fee have to be paid.
