Notice By ROC for Default in holding AGM on Due Date

Dear Friends one of my Director has received online notice from ROC for not holding the AGM as per due date for 2016-17. After checking it was found that the previous Auditor has wrongly filled the form MGT 7 and AGM date was of December 2017. 

 

Now we had to reply to the notice, plz suggest what best can be done

Raise ticket To MCA, and ask them to cancel SRN of old form with the given clerical mistake(Note directors are signatory to MGT-7) , After cancelling of old SRN you can fill afresh MGT-7 with penalties/late fees....

Advice - Always took service of Practising Company Secretary for ROC/MCA matters...
