For a notary office, you confirm your state requirements first like - no felony record, min. age etc. review the requirements meticulously. determine ur place of business, hours etc. and register your business with state registrar's agency.By paying a fee, you'll get a license. you can then put up an advertisement and open a business account.
as CA can i authorized to open notary office or only Advocate can do it
