No liability is pending, is they levied penalty on my itc which i reflected on my account before the time of cancellation.

But, Non filing of returns and gstin would be cancelled the same then later fee is applicable for the delayed returns...

If you didn't file your gst returns than you have to pay the late fees on the all months gstr 3b. if in your business you required to Eway bill than if your didn't file your 2 succeeding months gstr 3b. than you will not generate Eway bill for business activity
