Not generating pdf

pdf is not generating and payment status also showing successful. please say what to do

I also encountered the same problem. When u click for save as pdf then a link appears in new window which first seems to work but suddenly stops, if it is problem then keep refreshing the page at one point it will ask to save the pdf or generate it..
Please ensure pop up cokies is not blocked... If blocked unblock it from right hand side of your internet browser
