I would like to know till which date IT Return for F.Y. 2012-13 can filled. Return was not filled before 31st july 2013.

upto 31st March 2015
well you can file upto 31st march 2015 by paying penalty of Rs 5000
it could be filed on or before 31/03/2014 with out penalty but now it can be file on or before 31/03/2015 with the expectation that AO can impose a penalty of Rs. 5000/- u/s 271 F
Agree with above you can file upto 31.3.2015. but may be levy on penalty. its depend on Ao.
You can file return till 31st March 2015 without any penalty if your GTI is below basic exemption limit i.e. Rs. 2,00,000/- and even if your GTI is above basic limit, you can file your return but penalty of Rs. 5,000/- may imposed.
And if any tax is due after adusting prepaid taxes i.e. TDS, Advance tax, Self-Assessment tax etc. the interest @ 1% per month or part of month is imposed u/s 234A and interest u/s 234B and 234C may apply if advance tax liablity applicable.
No, you cannot file return of financial year 2011-12 with or without penalty as due date of filing was 31st March 2014.
