we have been allotted GSTIN on 11.07.2017 but even after receiving the User ID and Password, we are not able to Login to GSTIN Website and download GSTIN Registration Certificate.
Because of this we're not able to initiate business transactions
It means your GSTIN is inactive, you should co-ordinate with department for the same. Assuming that you are not filling any GST Returns.
