Hi,
I have submitted TRAN1 form with eligible Input tax credit of Service Tax and it is reflecting in electronic cash ledger as well but when try to file TRAN1 form through EVC which is one of the method for filing the return it's showing error " System Error for your GSTIN".
Because of this website is not even allowing me to file GSTR 3B
if anyone have any idea please help me out

Please correct your registration number in TRAN1.It might have been entered incorrectly.Your GSTIN and Excise/Ser.tax/VAT number needs to be exactly same as given at time of registration.
Please ftry to file with dsc...it works

if your issue is still not resolved, then try
a) create a Twitter Id and post issue on the GSTN Tech Support twitter handle @ askGSTech
b) alternatively raise a ticket by sending an email on helpdesk @ gst.gov.in

Hi, the issue has been resolved with help of DSC..thanks everyone ...
I already have a dsc and its not working.probably new authorised signatory can work will give it a try.
what error it is giving?
At time of filing it gives error "submit before filing".its already in submit status.
have you tried it in different browser?
