Not able to download SCN from GST portal

I have got the email from GST portal with SCN reference number given , but when I am logging in with my TRN number , and going to 

Dashboard > Services > User Services > View Notices and Orders , I am seeing blank page over there . 

If I am trying to download from dashboard from my saved application - pending for clarification link , Acknowledgement is getting download . 

Is anyone facing this issue ?
