you can join their if package is good and most important if the work profile which they offer u is intresting, because if u are frighten from going towards new places only because of that place is unknown to u than it creates much problem to u in your future and it restrict your progress.

Se profile will satisfy you for month or two but than your social satisfaction will be zero. Though you r married so familiy & food will not be an issue but you have to decide how ever it may be gud for your future. But still Chennai is very boaring place Try bangalore if possible

north indians are 20% in south india no need to worry abt the language come on..

Ramco sysytems is a reputed organisation. Moving to chennai would mean nice working atmosphere, low cost of living as compared to other cities and quality & best educationfor kids. Food and language is not aproblem as many north indians are settled there. Otherwise if u had got a job in US, it would have amounted to the same. Moving to a new place within India and that too a cosmopolitan city should not be a hassle.
