recently two of my company clients were marked as dormant by the registrar due to non filing of annual returns for a past few years, the directors now wish to file the said returns and normalise the company to an active company from the dormant status as given by the registrar, please guide me through the steps and forms which need to be filed in order to regularise the companies. thanks
File form MSC-4 along with returns.
PROCEDURE TO BE FOLLOWED FOR NORMALIZING THE COMPANY
AN APPLICATION SHALL BE MADE FOR OBTAINING THE STATUS OF ACTIVE COMPANY SHALL BE MADE IN FORM MSC 4 AND IT SHALL B ACCOMPAINED BY RETURN IN FORM MSC 3 IN RESPECT OF FINANCIAL IN WHICH IN WHICH APPLICATION SHALL BE MADE FOR OBTAINING THE STATUS OF ACTIVE COMPANY
THE ROC AFTER CONSIDERING THE APPLICATION FILED ISSUE THE CERTIFICATE IN FORM MSC 5 ALLOWING THE STATUS OF ACTIVE COMPANY TO THE APPLICANT

One Company has become dormant in 2006. Now they wish to get the Company status as active. If they became active, whether they have to file the annual forms till date?
AN APPLICATION SHALL BE MADE IN MSC 4 ALONG WITH THE RETURN OF THE DIORMANT COMPANY WHICH SHALL BE MADE IN FORM MSC 3 IN RESPECT OF THOSE FINANCIAL YEAR IN WHICH APPLICATION FOR OBTAINING THE STSTUS OF ACTIVE COMPANY IS FILLED WHICH SHALL INCLUDE ALL THE DETAILS OF THE MEETING AND SHARE ALLOTED .
THE REGISTRAR AFTER CONSIDERING THE APPLICATION SHALL ISSUE THE FINAL CERTIFICATE IN FORM MSC 5 ALLOWING THE STSTUS OF ACTIVE COMPANY AS PER THE PROVISION OF SECTION 455(5) OF THE COMPANIES ACT 2013
