Dear All,
i have a query regarding debit note in which i am debiting the Rs. 10000.00 to our vendor due to factory shade damage by his vehicle at the time of unloading but i am not confirm to GST charged or not on this debit note because this is not a shortage and damage related debit note.
pls help and guide.

gst is not applicable because no goods is going out of factory
