Others 215 views 2 replies
My son is NRI. He has agri. Land in his name from Inheritance & thus annual non-texable income from it. This income has accumulated in four years. Now he wants repatriation of such legal funds to his NRE Accounts or his country by filling 15CA(D). Can he? Or he was required annually?

Yes funds can be repatriated to India by filing form 15CA

Hey, for money transfers or when receiving money in India from abroad, there are tax implications that should be considered. Suppose you are sending the money, you double-check how much tax you need to pay when sending money to India in your country/region.
