I am retired BSNL employee. My last working day was 28 feb 2019. And I got my non taxable benefits in month of April and May 2019.
So the question is should I reported my non taxable benefits in 2019-20 assessment year or next year's return.?

If it pertains to FY 2018-19, you need to report in ITR of AY 2019-20; for that better follow Form 16.
