I need to file Income tax Return for my Friend, who worked in India for only Jan to March later he moved to USA and earned salary income from April to December, How Should i file his Return, Is this can be filed like normal salary filing i.e. through ITR 1 ?, or Do i need to get any CA Signature., let me know the procedure.,

He can himself file online, no need of CA signature

Thank you sir., He asked me to file, so the process should be same as our ITR 1 filing Right ? or do i need to consider DTAA provisions, and what about tax paid in USA., can i claim Rebate u/s 91 for the taxes paid to USA

Being NRI, the USA income is to be declared and can be claimed as rebate as per DTAA provision.
