Non recived of refund

sir i am an accountant . sir I have file some of returns which cleam the refund for the asstt yr 2020-21 returns are filed within the stipulated period for the asstt yr 2020-21 but no refund has been issue till date but I do in this respect

Need not do anything. Just wait for some more time. The remaining files for AY 2020-21 are now getting processed, so you may receive refund in very near future.

Has the department stared refund for AY 21-22.

The original query is for AY 2020-21.

Recently the department said that till date, 93% of the claims in ITRs (Income Tax Returns) filed for assessment year (AY) 20-21 had already been processed. "In the past week, refunds of over Rs.15,269 crore have been issued which will be credited to taxpayers shortly,

Yes, even the refund for AY 2021-22 has started.
