even iam facing the same problem

u can do two things

1. go to noida office physically and submit a letter demanding duplicate marksheet

2. call on 0120-3054836 ( noida examination department) for duplicate marksheet

well i have done the 1st thing twice and called on the same number 100 times

but all in vain
