Non receipt of income tax refund

Respected Sir,

If you have filed the return physically then, straight away go to the ward and ask or to write a letter to ITO for respective ward for I.Tax refund along with applications, supportive documents and proofs if available along with photo copy of IT return erlier filed.

and

if it is e-filling then, go to the website and call on toll-free no given there or forward and application cum-e-mail to the department regarding your query about IT refund. 

Another suggestion is,generally it takes time to credit,eventhough time line is clearly suggested in the law..but in practically it takes some time so u can refer to the income tax website to check your refund statuts thereon..
