Non payment of remuneration by a chartered accountant

Respected All,

Kindly help me in the following query: "A CA assigns some work to a few guys for a fixed amount per day. Later after completion of the job the CA has been denying to pay the contracted fees for over 6 months on the ground that he himself had not received the money, hence no chances of payment. Whereas, the guys'contention is that theirs was not a profit sharing agreement and hence as soon as the work is completed the remuneration becomes due to them. So can anyone suggest as to in what manner the money can be recovered from the CA."
Thanks in advance..
Regards

Hey Rupesh, i know few dons from Wasseypur. They are expert in dealing with such situations like recovery of debts etc. They will charge nominal fees and you can recover the amount from that CA. For further info about these experts you may contact me.

Asish Ji,

thats last option. Before that I'd like to take some concrete legal steps..lolz..
