Can an employee approach the Consumer Forum if the employer does not pay him gratuity as per provisions of Payment of Gratuity Act 1972.

Thanks madam.
Can you please help the address of office of labour court in kolkata, west bengal where a complaint for non payment of gratuity by employer can be filed. Employer is a private limited company.
Can the complaint be filed online.

This needs to be with the CONTROLLING AUTHORITY within 90 days from the date of refusal and form N to be used. The Controlling Authority (Central) under the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972 holds the hearing at Kolkata office (Nizam Palace) covering the entire jurisdiction of West Bengal.
