Non migration penalty after 30.04.2017
I want to know there is penalty if migration from service tax or vat to gst after 30.04.2017

But as per department person they are saying there will be 50k penalty for delay migration
With holding off your balance credit could be much more than penalty.
There are so many penalties have been prescribed in various provision of GST and there shall be a penalty for non-migration by 30/04/2017.
Why to take risk ?
there is a technical issue while submission of migration while entering otp code. how this delay will be tackled

no need to submit the online form before 30.
Just create the new user I'd and password from provisional one & u may submit the form after 30 also.
