Non Generation of OTP.
while updating primary email id and mobile number, OTP is not generated. Tried Call centre but line gets disconneted.

Is this a common problem . I have been trying since few days.

Tried to update primary details on the portal, when receive OTP on mobile, you don't receive in your email id and vice versa.
You need to fill two six digit OTP for updating primary details, in this case you receive only one. If you receive OTP in your mobile, email OTP will not be generated. If you receive OTP in your email id, mobile OTP will not be generated. In short you cannot update primary details
