Non-generation of e-way bills by job workers

Hi Experts,

We are sending goods to job-workers with e-way bills but some of job-workers are not generating e-way bills when returning goods even though value of goods is above 50K.

What would be implications for us and for the job-workers in this case ?

you may generate E- way bill at your end to get the materials back

yes you can generate by selecting Inward supply type in E-way portal

If the movement of goods is done by job worker then its his responsibility to generate eway bill

if job worker is not registered so in that case register recipient responsible for generation of e-way bill.
