Sir, this is,  the exact reason why you need to pay quality fees for professional work. I do not know the size of the company and its extent etc., but what i do know is that you are sadly mistaken when you said that you neednot file ITR. Every company whether having income or not has to file ITR every year. As you CA has rightly said, the work has become cumbersome and very complicated and requires quality inputs from experienced people. In any case no CA can charge you less than what you paid last year for comparable work.
