sir I have started last year company and it is pvt ltd company. their is zero business in the company and zero transaction.do I have file return?
do I have to pay some fee to ROC.?
what my liabilities to have non functional company at present.

Filing is mandatory even if there is no business.. However, if u dont want to run the company in future then u can file for fast track exit. If financials nt filed for two years u might receive notice from ROC. If filing not done for 3yrs then directors will be disqualified
