Non filling of GSTR 3B
if GSTR 3B is not file till the date and also not filling GSTR3B for july now I instead of GSTR 3B I file. GSTR 1 2 and 3 timely then. what is the. legal compliance will be taken by gov on.me

If you have not filed GSTR-3B then, it is not required to file now, provided you have to file the GSTR-1, 2 & 3 with in due date. Here by i am attaching usufull info regarding the errors faced while filing GSTR-1, 2 & 3.
@ vinod araveti in my case I submitted GSTR 3B and. my all tax liability of IGST I paid in CGST in cash ledger nw m not able to set off os that why m asking that if I not fill GSTR 3B then what is my int . tax liability na further compliance
If you have made the payment of CGST instead of IGST, then the cash balance of CGST cannot be adjusted against the IGST. The only solution for this problem is that you can carry forward it and adjust agianst the next months liability or claim the refund of CGST later on but now you have to remit IGST.
You have to pay interest @ 18% on the amount of IGST liability for the no. of days of delay.
